The Best Construction Company of the Year Döveç Construction
North Cyprus' most prestigious award ceremony Property NC Awards on Saturday, 30 March at Cratos Premium Hotel’ was also carried out. Döveç Group, which was awarded the Best Construction Company of the Year, left its mark on the night as the company that won the most awards in 13 categories. Many awards in different categories were found in the magnificent organization where 700 people from different countries, including artists, business people, academics and industry representatives, competed fiercely with construction and real estate companies. The winners were determined as a result of the long evaluation studies of the jury team consisting of business people, academicians and sector representatives from 7 different countries.
The Quality of the Projects Has Been Certified with Awards
Döveç Group has grown rapidly with the projects it has built on human happiness, quality and trust in this adventure that it started 30 years ago. He won many awards in national and international competitions with his projects. It proved once again that this success was not a coincidence with the 13 categories it won in the 6th Property NC Real Estate Awards, and registered its quality. Receiving the Platinum Award for the Best Construction Company of the Year, Döveç Group also achieved a great success by being deemed worthy of the Best Contracting Company Gold award. Döveç Group's projects under construction also won Platinum awards in their respective branches. While Courtyard Longbeach was selected as the Best New Project Design, Terrace Park proved its quality by receiving the platinum award in the Best Apartment category.
Golden Residence won the Best Residence Project, Döveç Group Long Beach Office Best Building Renovation awards, and Döveç Construction won the Best Luxury Villa and Best Contracting Company Website Awards. Arredo Design, operating within the Döveç Group, proved once again that it is a pioneer in its sector by winning platinum awards in the Best Kitchen of the Year and Best Industrial Building Design categories. Alfam Dormitories, another Döveç Group company, was awarded the Best Investment Project and the Best Commercial Project. In addition, Döveç Group's 4-partner project won the Four Seasons Life Best Beach Houses Award.
The Most Prestigious Competition in Cyprus
Answering the questions at the end of the night, Burçin Döveç emphasized that Property NC Awards is the most prestigious competition in Northern Cyprus and thanked the architects of the organization, Ayşe and Mehmet Kozansoy, and the entire jury team. He stated that the competition made a significant contribution to the self-development of construction companies in the TRNC and to see their shortcomings. Academics said that the Jury team, consisting of experts and professionals from powerful companies in the industry, demonstrated the quality of the competition. Döveç concluded his speech by thanking his employees and great team, who received awards in 13 different categories and played a major role in being selected as the Best Construction Company of the Year.
